Proprius Investments Ltd. is a licensed California real estate brokerage established in 2004. James Robinson, president, of Proprius has been investing in real estate since 2001. He has completed over $9 million dollars in transactions as principal, broker, or investment/development consultant. He is currently managing a portfolio of properties in excess of $1 million. James was educated in finance at the University of Akron in Ohio and has taken courses from the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) certification and Institute of Real Estate Managers (IREM).
